Based on your consultation, our designers craft a personalised concept proposal complete with mood boards, colour palettes, material samples, and reference imagery. This gives you a vivid, tangible sense of the design direction before any commitments are made.
Once the concept is approved, we create fully detailed, photorealistic 3D renders of every room in your project. You'll be able to walk through your future space virtually, see how furniture is arranged, how light falls, and how materials interact — long before a single item is ordered or installed.
After design approval, you receive a fully itemised, transparent quotation covering every element of the project — materials, labour, hardware, furnishings, and any additional services. There are no hidden costs or surprise escalations. We sign a formal project agreement that defines scope, timeline, and warranty terms.
With approvals in place, our in-house execution team swings into action. A dedicated project manager oversees your site daily, coordinating carpenters, painters, electricians, and all other specialists. You receive regular progress updates — photos, videos, and site reports — so you're always in the loop, even if you're miles away.
The moment you've been waiting for. We conduct a thorough walkthrough with you, ensuring every detail meets the approved design and quality standards. Any snags are resolved before you move in. For a standard 3BHK home, our typical execution timeline is 45–60 days from the date of design approval and work commencement. Larger projects or custom-heavy designs may take slightly longer, which is always communicated upfront.
The free consultation includes an in-person meeting with one of our senior designers, a site visit, a lifestyle & preference discussion, and a preliminary scope and budget overview. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed.
For full home interiors, we recommend vacating the premises for a smoother and faster execution. However, we can work in phases for occupied homes — our project manager will create a minimal-disruption schedule tailored to your needs.
Our 10-year warranty covers all carpentry work including wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV units, and storage. It includes structural defects, hardware failures, and finish issues arising from manufacturing or installation. Wear and tear from daily use is handled through our paid maintenance service.
Minor changes can be accommodated at any point before the relevant work commences on site. Major structural or design changes after execution has begun may affect the timeline and cost, which we'll communicate transparently before proceeding.
Yes. We regularly execute projects across Delhi, Noida, Kanpur, Agra, and other cities in North India. For outstation projects, a travel and accommodation allowance for our site team is included in the project quotation.
